Oven-roasted chickpeas
A tasty, gluten-free, vegan, and fiber-full snack.
Ingredients
- One can of chickpeas
- Seasonings of your choice (I use garlic powder and paprika)
- Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Drain chickpeas and place on a baking tray, use a towel to remove moisture from chickpeas
- Spread oil and seasonings onto the chickpeas, mixing them so everything is fully covered
- Bake in oven for 25 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
